PROGRESS UPDATE: 16KG AND 16CM DOWN!
This is like a reverse pregnancy!
My man Nick Friend
He’s a SUPERB human,
The name “Friend” suits him well
𝐍𝐢𝐜𝐤 𝐢𝐬 𝟓𝟖 𝐲𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐬 𝐨𝐥𝐝,
He mostly sits all day at work,
And that belly that he had was a BIG concern for his GP!
𝐎𝐧 𝐅𝐞𝐛𝐫𝐮𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝟏𝟓𝐭𝐡, 𝟐𝟎𝟐𝟐,
He started his journey in Better Body Academy
At 101.9kg and 116cm around the belly
His goal was to get to 85kg and maintain it.

Mmmm, I recon he had doubts,
