I’m introducing you to Amy Brown
She’s 34, a primary school teacher,

Now, let’s go back 4-5 months before Amy started with us
She’d always had a love for shopping,
But post-baby,
That love had disappeared somewhat because the dress sizes had changed,
Everything she tried on, felt crappy
But Ames is a competitive character,
She gets addicted to ticking off boxes
And seeing small improvements in her results
Sounds just like a teacher, right? Haha!
Amy was ready to stop the ‘𝘰𝘯 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯, 𝘰𝘧𝘧 𝘢𝘨𝘢𝘪𝘯’ thing,
And just commit to a period of consistency without perfection,
𝐓𝐡𝐞 𝐦𝐚𝐢𝐧 𝐠𝐨𝐚𝐥, 𝐭𝐨 𝐢𝐦𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐯𝐞 𝐡𝐞𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐧𝐞𝐫 𝐜𝐨𝐧𝐟𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞.
Like most of us, the hunger control was a thing,
Snacking through boredom and emotion was habitual
So, we needed a plan to fill her belly,
𝐁𝐮𝐭 𝐢𝐧 𝐚 𝐰𝐚𝐲 𝐭𝐡𝐚𝐭 𝐰𝐞𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 𝐥𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐰𝐨𝐮𝐥𝐝 𝐬𝐭𝐢𝐥𝐥 𝐡𝐚𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐧
She’s a tenacious lass,
And although there have been a few NORMAL bumps along the way,
𝐒𝐡𝐞’𝐬 𝐝𝐨𝐰𝐧 𝐧𝐞𝐚𝐫𝐥𝐲 𝟖𝐤𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝟏𝟐𝐜𝐦 𝐨𝐟𝐟 𝐭𝐡𝐞 𝐡𝐢𝐩 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐰𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐭
Not bad for a woman that rated her strength of mind a ‘6’
Amy’s energy is infectious,
And as long as she continues to remember to be compassionate to herself at times,
This is the ‘𝘯𝘦𝘸 𝘺𝘰𝘶’ for Amy.
