Adam Overton has been inside our Academy for over a year now⁣

To be fair, that’s not quite as long as he sat on the fence about starting⁣
⁣
Procrastinating⁣
⁣
Doubting he had the willpower to follow through⁣
⁣
Asking himself why he couldn’t ‘just get motivated’⁣
⁣
Seeing the other transformations here and wishing he could do it… ⁣
⁣
Until one day, he had enough and just ripped the scab off⁣
⁣
Well, one year on after finally saying ‘yes’⁣
⁣
𝐇𝐞𝐫𝐞 𝐡𝐞 𝐢𝐬, 𝐥𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐬𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠, 𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐭𝐢𝐜 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐩𝐨𝐰𝐞𝐫𝐟𝐮𝐥 ⁣

Has it been a simple, linear journey? ⁣

Because it’s not meant to be…⁣

But he and his wife Kate are so different to the stuck kids they used to be⁣
⁣
Does Adsy still love a beer? ⁣
⁣
YEP! ⁣

But the difference now is that he has the tools AND a community around him⁣
⁣
When he drops off, he catches himself soon enough⁣
⁣
