HEART ATTACK - THE TRUE COST REVEALED: A WORTHY ROAD

Straight up – does your current health scare you? ⁣

Do you feel like you’re running a bit of a gauntlet? ⁣

Ok, here’s a mindset shift ⁣

If you ran a business and knew that investing $5K into a piece of machinery ⁣

Would return back 50x in revenue (ie. $250K)⁣

You’d buy it right? ⁣

That’s why it is relatively easy to justify buying something for your biz, ⁣

Spend money to make money ⁣

You can see the money go out, then come back in. ⁣

But investing a fraction of that into your health? ⁣

‘𝘕𝘰, 𝘵𝘰𝘰 𝘦𝘹𝘱𝘦𝘯𝘴𝘪𝘷𝘦!’⁣

That’s because it’s not ‘money in, money out’.⁣

You see it as ⁣

‘Money in, maybe get fat off’⁣

‘Money in, maybe get stronger’⁣

‘Money in, maybe get more energy’⁣

But because ‘fat, strong and energy’ are NOT MONEY, ⁣

It’s hard to value them in the same way we value a ‘5x Return of Money For Money’⁣

So today, I’ve done some research…⁣

I started with Google – ‘𝘞𝘩𝘢𝘵’𝘴 𝘵𝘩𝘦 𝘧𝘪𝘯𝘢𝘯𝘤𝘪𝘢𝘭 𝘤𝘰𝘴𝘵 𝘰𝘧 𝘢 𝘩𝘦𝘢𝘳𝘵 𝘢𝘵𝘵𝘢𝘤𝘬’⁣

The answer according to the National Business Group On Health is approximately $𝟏 𝐌𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐔𝐒𝐃⁣

Heart attack is the most common cause of death in Australia. ⁣

Being overweight is the highest risk factor for heart attack. ⁣

So, pretend you joined a program that helped you lose 10-20kg (Eg. Better Body Academy)⁣

And pretend that meant you DIDN’T end up having a heart attack. ⁣

This means you saved yourself approximately $1 Million USD⁣
Relative to the piece of machinery, ⁣

𝐓𝐡𝐚𝐭’𝐬 𝐚 𝟐𝟎𝟎𝐱 𝐫𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐫𝐧 𝐨𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮𝐫 𝐢𝐧𝐯𝐞𝐬𝐭𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭. ⁣

The problem is, we don’t think of our health as wealth. ⁣

We think of it as something to worry about when it’s too late. ⁣

And here, we’ve only talked financial implications, ⁣

The impact to your quality of life would be on another scale. ⁣

Food for thought…⁣

𝐋𝐞𝐦𝐦𝐞 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰 𝐰𝐡𝐞𝐧 𝐲𝐨𝐮’𝐫𝐞 𝐫𝐞𝐚𝐝𝐲 𝐭𝐨 ‘𝐒𝐀𝐕𝐄 𝐦𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐲…’
