Food is more than just a means to survive. It is the centre point of which our social lives orbit around. It is the catalyst to which many a relationship has been formed upon. Its absence is the cause of global famine yet for more fortunate others, its presence represents the light of luxury. Whether gorged upon in hunger or savoured in decadence, food is the fuel of one’s soul. George Bernard Shaw said, “there is no love sincerer than the love of food” and if you’re reading this page, I’d guess you would agree. For food IS love, it IS happiness. By learning to prepare and serve good, healthy food, you become the dispenser of love and happiness.
